My area of expertise is human factors engineering, interaction design for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems, MUM-T, HRI, interaction techniques for assistive robotics and decision support systems in transportation and operational domains..
As systems become more intelligent and autonomous, the challenge of designing the interaction increases, and more emphasis is required on mutual understanding and shared communication.
